By accessing or using LearnXData, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the platform.

1. Educational Use Only

LearnXData provides an interactive coding sandbox for educational purposes. The platform, including the Python, R, and SQL execution environments, is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the LearnXData platform to:

Execute malicious code, viruses, or malware.
Attempt to bypass, exploit, or hack the browser-based WebAssembly sandboxes or the underlying host servers.
Mine cryptocurrency or execute high-compute tasks that are not related to the educational curriculum.
Store sensitive, illegal, or highly confidential data in the notebooks.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account.

3. Limitation of Liability

LearnXData is an ongoing project. While we strive to automatically save your code and progress, we do not guarantee against data loss. We are not liable for any lost code, interrupted sessions, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
