Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth. We store your email address, display name, role flags, classroom enrollments, lesson progress, notebook code, assignment submissions, and support ticket content needed to operate the platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to provide and improve the LearnXData educational experience, including grading, live sessions, and institution SSO. We do not sell personal information or student code to third-party data brokers.

3. Subprocessors

• Google Firebase (authentication, optional storage)
• PostgreSQL hosting provider (application database)
• Redis hosting provider (caching, realtime, async jobs)
• Sentry (error monitoring, when enabled)
• AI providers (Groq/OpenAI for tutoring and grading features)

4.Retention & Your Rights

Account data is retained while your account is active. Signed-in users may export their data viaGET /api/v1/privacy/exportor request deletion viaPOST /api/v1/privacy/delete-accountwith confirmation DELETE.
